Led Cross-Functional Ideation Sessions
I planned and facilitated several Art-of-the-Possible sessions with a cross-functional internal team at Cisco, including Cisco Sellers.
The goal of these sessions was to ideate on various ways Cisco Sellers could leverage AI to enhance their workflows and increase efficiency, productivity, and sales revenue.
Project Outcomes:
Fostered stakeholder trust and established a new understanding of the value design contributes to the organization.
Documented over 80 new ideas, organized into 7 themes, which were incorporated into the product backlog and, in some cases, the product roadmap.
Ambiguous Requirements to Clear Direction
Our business partners came to us with very loose requirements and an ambiguous direction to modernize and redesign the account summary pages for the USAA Auto Loan experience.
Project Outcomes:
Cross-Functional Alignment and Clear Objectives
Enhanced User Experience Through Research-Driven Design
Simplified Experience and Reduced Support Calls
Using Storytelling to Gain Executive Buy-in
Working with business leaders I needed to help illustrate a story highlighting some of the as-is USAA member pain points as well as some known auto dealer issues when it came to getting loans closed and dealers getting funded from USAA.
I lead a team of designers, product managers and business leaders through quick ideation and creating a story-line to shop around and help the business get funding to green-light the project.
Project Outcomes:
Strengthened cross-functional trust and relationships with product leadership.
Crafted a compelling narrative that communicated the value proposition and aligned executives with their top priorities.
Secured executive buy-in and funding through effective storytelling.
